Cool 4 Kids presents a variety of dynamic and engaging performances for children and

families. Created in 2007, Tony Genovese B Ed (Music), has recorded three CDs:

‘Opening Doors’, ‘Get Moving’ and ‘It’s A Cool 4 Kids World’. Each CD is packed full of

fun, uplifting and educational songs. Parents, carers and teachers love singing the

catchy chorus lines, and children easily learn the words off by heart.

Performing Australia-wide as a full-time educational children’s entertainer, Tony has

worked at major show days including the Adelaide Royal Show; Alice Springs Show;

Ipswich Show; Mildura Show; Perth Royal Show, Gawler Show and even overseas in

Italy and Hong Kong! Based in Adelaide, South Australia, he presents at child care

centres, kindergartens, birthday parties, libraries, community centres, play groups,

OSHC and festival events.

Drawing on 16 years of primary school classroom and music specialist teaching, he is

easily able to, captivate and energise any audience’s attention. A Cool 4 Kids

presentation can be themed and packed with creative activities including singing,

movement, actions, bubble making, scarf-dancing, instrument play, puppetry, dress

ups and giant parachute games.

Tony is often asked to put together a program of activities to last over the duration of

an event such as The Port Festival, Tour Down Under, Fringe at The Port, Kids Fringe

at the Hart and Kids Fringe at The Depot. His team of professional assistants add in

many extra services including face painting; balloon sculpting; roving magicians and

clowns; emcee and disco DJ services; glitter tattoos; origami and art and craft

activities; large outdoor games; cooking workshops and henna art.

Cool 4 Kids can be booked as a solo act, duo, trio or a four to five-piece band. Their

children’s band called ‘The Music Makers’ features live guitar, bass, drums, keyboards,

male and female singers, and costumed dancers. Perfect for school incursions and

community theatres, they recently presented their ‘Space Spectacular Show’ for OOTS

(Out of the Square) to packed audiences and rave reviews.

A range of adorable costumed characters can complement any presentation adding an

extra visual element that excites children’s imagination. Our popular characters

include Cool Bear, Digger Dog, The Wizard, Bella Butterfly, Fairy Princesses, Mermaid

Mel, Ricky Rabbit, Danny Dolphin, Kitty Cat, Percy Parrot and Holly Horse.
