Ambient Jazz have performed for countless functions, weddings and high profile events, including a function for the former prime minister of Australia.
Having played in many countries and cities around the world, more recently the duo have been completed a 2-year residency in Kobe, Japan. During this concentrated time of performing, Ambient Jazz has refocused its sound, working on arrangements that bring new ideas to old classics. The duo take great pride in presenting themselves and their music; bringing to you songs they love.

Ambient Jazz were just perfect for our professional networking drinks event by the poolside at The Westin. They were professional, friendly, and communicated with me the day before just to check in which was lovely. Their music was absolutely on point for the occasion and they lived up to their name 110%. It truly added the perfect classy but relaxed atmosphere to the event after a long conference day, allowing our delegates to unwind, socialise and enjoy true Brisbane hospitality!
We’ve had nothing but non-stop rave reviews about our whole event, and Ambient Jazz were a part of the overall success.
The general manager kept trying to send me off to my room to rest after a massively long day, insisting that she would pack up at the end of the night, instead of me, and I kept running away and hiding from her with a cold beer because I actually wanted to stay and enjoy the music! Lol! I really love this genre and honestly they were just brilliant.
So thank you once again for your help in arranging the music for our events, and please pass on our huge thanks and feedback to the band for a wonderful performance. We would most definitely highly recommend them!
