Formed with a passion of the early Rhythms and Blues music of yesteryear, Desley Done front woman for Dezzie D and the STINGRAYZ aims to stay true to those old school sounds of the 40s, 50s and 60s rhythm & blues.
Established in 2013 - International, Interstate and regular appearances at venues in their hometown of Brisbane, Dezzie D and the STINGRAYZ have been providing audiences with a unique sight and sound that has become their signature trademark from original music to covered songs from the early Blues, Jazz and Rhythm & Blues era.

DESLEY DONE (Lead Vocal): (aka. Dezzie D) has honed her stage craft in the Rhythm & Blues, Jazz and Blue Scene. With local, Interstate and International Festivals under her belt, she feels comfortable on the small stage as well as taking on the larger festival formats. Her dynamic vocals, stage presence and interaction is always a crowd pleaser.
TYLER COONEY (Lead Guitar):
JMI (Jazz Music Institute) graduating in Jazz Business Music and Guitar Performance. Tyler is quickly making a name for himself in BRISBANE as one of the up and coming new guitar talents on the scene.
ELLIOT PARKER (Double Bass):
JMI (Jazz Music Institute), completing Masters degree at the Brisbane Conservatorium of Music. Teaching youth programs (Double Bass) at JMI and the Conservatorium of Music.
DAN FORD (Tenor Sax):
Master of Music QLD Conservatorium, Griffith University Bachelor of Music (Honors), Australian National University. Taught at University level Freelance.
MATT LUFF (Tenor & Baritone Sax): Graduating Queensland Conservatorium of Music. Teaching at Maria College Music program Brisbane.
CLINT ALLEN (Trumpet): Bachelor of Music (QUT), Master of Music (Con of Music), Graduate Diploma of Education, Associate Music of Australia (Trumpet/Piano). Chirchill Fellowship contemporary trumpet performance techniques.
GREG BAIKALOFF (Drums/Percussion): the backbone to any great band, Greg has been the go-to percussionist for touring and local acts for festival performances throughout the past decades. Starting his career in the 80s, this respected and very experienced musician provides the rhythm stability that is appreciated by musicians and audiences.
