A brand new Yamaha FOH PA system with a powered Sub this system has plenty of headroom and is great for rooms of up to 300+ people

We have our own LED lighting mounted on two stands

Our lineup is Male and Female Lead Singers + Bass Player (sings), Guitarist (sings), Drummer (acoustic and electric kits) and our Keyboard Parts are all run from an Ipad

We also have a wireless Mackie Desk and access to plenty of equipment if needed thanks to our bass player Pete who is a pro-audio technician

METROBAND is a group of close friends who love playing live music it’s what we all do best and in my opinion as band leader this is one of the best outfits i have ever worked with we are a great corporate or pub rock band and the ULTIMATE events band for big gigs or small gigs indoors or outdoors weddings, clubs and pubs we cater and tailor our song list, PA size and sound to suit our clients needs and their guests dancing shoes will certainly need cooling off by the time we finish our last set!

JENA is young but with plenty of experience she has been regularly singing around Melbourne with previous performances in London and Los Angeles. A highly versatile performer, Jena's honest vocals and harmonies are a huge standout. JENA has a winning smile that radiates warmth her beautiful personality on and off stage lights up the room. A vocal coach by day and a Journalist we are blessed to have her as part of our great team!

LES shares front spot with JENA he has worked with INXS, UB40, Vampire Weekend, Juke Cartel and The Feelers, LES is an amazing tenor with onstage charisma that just melts hearts his falsetto is the sort of thing most vocalists could only wish to have and when he goes into his Rock God mode his alter ego shines with strength and confidence

GREG our main Axe-Man is a well skilled guitarist with a beautiful sound and great gear, also a good vocalist and has done most of his gigs in the past fifteen years at clubs in New Zealand, Sydney, Singapore, Thailand and now with METRO BAND in Melbourne

PETE our METRO BAND bass player is THE BASSMAN Pete has the best sounding gear and coolest playing style ever, he's groovy, he's funky, he can rock it out if needed and locks in nicely with all the latest in Top 40 Dance tracks a big asset to our team and one of the nicest guys on the planet we love our Pete

MARK the human metronome worked professionally as a drummer for eleven years in Asia, China, Russia and the UAE doing countless live gigs, studio recordings and proving himself strong with band leadership he has both acoustic and electric kits to suit small to large venues soft dinner music to concert size events all bases are covered
